Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective: TODO
This policy applies to consumer health data as defined by Washington's My Health My Data Act and Nevada's SB370. It covers only that data. Our general Privacy Policy covers everything else.
1. What consumer health data we collect
TODO — list the categories. Be specific and honest: this must include the questionnaire's intimacy/sexual-preference answers, gender, who you are interested in, and any compatibility inference we derive from them (the Act expressly covers inferred and extrapolated data).
2. Why we collect it
TODO — state the purpose for each category.
The core purpose is the one the user explicitly asked us for: computing the compatibility report they requested. That falls inside the Act's "necessary to provide the product or service the consumer requested" exception. Anything beyond that — notably product analytics — requires separate opt-in consent, which is why we do not send questionnaire content to analytics at all.
3. Where it comes from
TODO — categories of sources. In practice: you, directly. We do not buy or ingest health data from third parties.
4. Who we share it with
TODO — categories shared, and a list of the specific third parties and affiliates receiving it. The Act requires named specifics here, not just categories.
We do not sell consumer health data, and we will not. Selling it would require a signed authorization under the Act; we have no product reason to ever ask for one.
5. Your rights
TODO — how to exercise each right:
- Confirm whether we are collecting, sharing, or selling your consumer health data, and access it.
- Withdraw consent to our collection and sharing of it.
- Delete it — including from backups and archives.
How to exercise them: TODO (email + in-app path).
6. How to contact us
TODO — contact details + the registered business address.
7. Changes
We will update this page and the effective date if this policy changes.
